Exterior or interior, the space of the Chalet l'Abeille models integrate into an environment closer to nature and daily life, for a safe, solid, comfortable, convivial, warm and esthetic space.

The Interior Space

• U3 P3 floor (standard passage hospitable quality)
• Natural double-coat varnished panelling, 145 cm large
• Panelled beneath the pitch of the roof
• Curtains
• Cupboard doors
• Completely integrated kitchen with:
  • Laminated beech or pear tree countertops
  • Four-burner gas hotplate, electric optional
  • Polished stainless steel sink
• Regulator on all water sources (kitchen and bathrooms)
• Quality bathrooms: Bathroom basins in marble + beech edging + mirror
• Shower stall with pivoting glass door
• Electricity: 1 box with a 0.63 mA interdifferential and fuse box - coming and going master with 6 plugs
• Lights fincluded
• Two-seater daybed (except for the Lavande and Joker models)
• Real bedding (slat base, anti-rot treated 25 kg/m³ mattress) Bunkbeds
• Postformed doors with brass handles
• Separate bathroom
• 1 electric base heater included; heaters for the bathrooms and bedrooms (optional)

The Exterieur Space

• Roof ovehang with a slope of 30 %, with a possibility of other slopes depending on the needs of the area (50% and 75% slopes are an option with the Super Isola and Residential Ranges)
• CANEXEL siding on the whole cottage, wood or roughcast siding
• Three possible installations:
  • Wood supports (specific to Chalet l'Abeille)
  • Longrine (to be done by the client, according to the plans given)
  • Concrete slabs (to be done by the client, according to the plans given)
  as permitted when obtaining a building permit
  
• Large terrace  with panelling under the terrace
• PVC sliding shutters or pivoting wood shutters
• Double wooden windows on all our models
• Wooden frame construction (single panels)
• Visible wood = pressure-treated wood
• Different coverings: tile, shingles or sheet steel
• Designs of different colours, personalized elements, such as binding strips, hidden corners, handrails
• All models are insulated with polystyrene on all 4 sides (except Joker) or polyurathane in option
